This is the paper used for litho printed recycled fridge magnets.

This offset paper is made by a mill  that was designed specifically to manufacture high-recylced paper with a cholorine free process.  

Specification for ecologically sound paper is as follows:

100% totally chlorine-free (TCF) and 100% post consumer waste (pcw) recycled100% TCF and 50% plus pcw receyled (with any remaining virgin fibre 100% TCF and Forestry Stewardship Certified (FSC)100% TCF and 100% FSC. 

As above, any virgin fibres should carry the FSC logo.
