Paper laminated beermats!

So far this month we have done 35,000 of these spread over 4 jobs.  As we just came up with the product to get a customer out of a bad situation (we aim to help!) we think they’re doing really well!

Paper is printed and laminated to beermat board.  The idea was to avoid having to print the minimum of 10,000 required for litho printing onto beermat board.  Some customers have liked them so much they have ordered 10,000 instead of the beermats.

We can print plastic folders in many shapes and in lots of colours.

We can supply plastic magnets (with a magnet stuck to back).

The waste plastic produced by the mouldings process is automatically reprocessed within the plant. 25% of the plastic content of all our products is produced using this recycled material.

We use, in the printing process, 50,000 sheets of transfer carrier paper every month. This is all receylced by a specialised outside contractor into grade 2 paper.
