One of these is our environmentally friendly coasters made from a unique white faced rigid foam PVC with a black core and back, developed for use in the sign, screen print and graphic display market.

This durable coaster is made using approximately 90% recycled polymer. The fine matt white face is of virgin polymer, co-extruded with the black core and back of recycled polymer.

The benefits of this material are as follows.

• Environmentally Beneficial – using 90% recycled materials which would otherwise have to be disposed of in land fill.
• High Quality White Face – is equal to regular 100% virgin material in colour, finish and long exterior life
• Perfect For Screen Printing – The white face prevents the dulling effect when using ordinary black foam PVC to obtain a black edge.
• Economic – The same price as regular white foam PVC and much lower cost than Black
• High Performance – the same as 100% virgin sheet
