Fantastics Beasts, as you will more than likely already be aware, is a spin-off and a prequel of the Harry Potter series written by J.K. Rowling. Set in 1920s New York, the film follows the character of Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayne) an eccentric wizard and Magizoologist. Scamander is also the future author of the text book studied at Hogwarts, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
